I am a well trained beautician with a specialisation in Cosmetic eyebrows tattoo- Feathering/Powder Brows and a nursing background.

 

Eloisa Permanent Makeup was founded in 2017 with the ambition to deliver high quality and personalised Permanent Makeup with the commitment to give you the most natural result and no regret in the long term.
